The role You will support campaigns from concept through performance analysis and optimization, contributing to brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across multiple digital channels. Key responsibilities * Support the development and execution of integrated campaigns across social media, email, search, display, and content platforms * Assist in creating and managing content calendars (social posts, blog articles, video scripts, newsletters) aligned with project launches and sales cycles * Assist in managing paid advertising across Google Ads, Meta, and other channels, helping optimize for lead generation and ROI * Track performance in analytics tools and help prepare monthly KPI reports with actionable insights * Work with sales, communications, and creative teams to keep messaging consistent and deliverables on time Work Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Availability: Full time

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field * 3\-5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in real estate, property development, or B2C sectors * Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email marketing tools, and CMS platforms * Strong written and verbal English Key Skills: Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Analytics, Email Marketing Salary: Not disclosed
