Job Title: Manager - Spares Sourcing Company: Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Job Category: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: Responsibilities \& Key Deliverables ---------------------------------------- The incumbent will be responsible for driving end\-to\-end supply chain efficiency by ensuring timely procurement, supplier performance management, inventory optimization, and seamless coordination across cross\-functional teams. The role plays a critical part in supporting business growth through robust sourcing strategies, capacity development initiatives, and continuous supply chain improvements. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and growth requirements. * Work closely with SSU/CDMM teams to ensure supplier capacity development and supply continuity. * Lead sourcing and procurement activities for components and long lead\-time parts to ensure timely availability and cost optimization. * Monitor and drive supplier performance on key parameters such as OTIF, lead time adherence, inventory management, and SCM improvement initiatives. * Implement inventory management best practices to maintain optimum stock levels while balancing customer service and working capital requirements. * Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to ensure effective demand planning and inventory control. * Identify and implement Lean Supply Chain practices and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness. * Drive data\-based decision\-making through analytical reviews, forecasting, and performance tracking.
