Job Description
Job Title: Manager | SAP SD | Bengaluru | SAP | DSA Consumer & TMT

Roles & Responsibilities:
* Configure and support SAP SD functionalities, including sales orders, pricing, delivery, billing, and shipping.
* Work on the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
* Gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and provide appropriate SAP solutions.
* Configure sales document types, item categories, schedule line categories, and copy controls.
* Work on pricing procedures, condition types, access sequences, and output determination.
* Handle delivery processing, picking, packing, shipment, and billing.
* Integrate SAP SD with SAP MM, FI/CO, and other relevant modules.
* Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
* Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements and custom developments.
* Participate in unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
* Support data migration, cutover, and post-go-live activities.
* Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration and implementation/support.
* Good understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle.
* Experience in pricing, sales orders, delivery, shipping, and billing.
* Knowledge of integration with SAP MM and SAP FI.
* Experience in requirements gathering, functional documentation, and issue resolution.
* Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
