Roles & Responsibilities:
A leading organization in the electrical and power manufacturing sector is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to manage industrial maintenance activities, improve equipment reliability, minimize machine downtime, and lead the maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
* Ensure maximum availability and reliability of manufacturing machines and equipment.
* Monitor maintenance KPIs, including OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and preventive maintenance execution.
* Lead troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent recurring breakdowns.
* Review maintenance procedures and implement improvements to reduce downtime.
* Conduct equipment criticality assessments and monitor critical equipment performance.
* Manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely availability.
* Optimize maintenance activities and control maintenance costs.
* Supervise, train, and develop maintenance team members.
* Prepare and monitor maintenance budgets, including OPEX and CAPEX.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and machine safety requirements.
* Maintain accurate maintenance records in CMMS.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment investment projects.

Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
* 0-1 years of experience leading industrial maintenance activities.
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
* Experience with ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality systems and environmental systems.
* Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdown analysis.
* Experience with RCA techniques such as 5 Whys and Fishbone diagrams.
* Knowledge of OEE, MTBF, MTTR, maintenance planning, and inventory management.
* Proficiency in MS Office and technical documentation.
* Good written and spoken English.
* Strong team leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of CMMS.
* Exposure to FMEA, SPC, and First Article Inspection (FAI).
* Knowledge of ISO 15341 and EN 13306 maintenance standards.
* French language proficiency will be an added advantage.
