Roles & Responsibilities :
* NPI & Tooling Knowledge – DFM, mold/die development, prototype/T0/T1 samples, FAI and PPAP.
* Planning & Inventory Management – MRP, capacity planning, lead-time management, MOQ, safety stock and shortage management.
* SAP/ERP Skills – PR, RFQ, PO, GRN, MRP, BOM, vendor management and material tracking.
* Data Analysis & KPI Management – Advanced Excel, supplier performance analysis, OTD, PPM, cost reduction and inventory KPIs.
* Communication & Project Management – Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, supplier coordination, escalation and cross-functional project management.
