SAP SRM Consultant

Job Title: SAP SRM Consultant Company: Ananta Services Job Category: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities * Analyze business requirements and design SAP SRM solutions aligned with procurement processes. * Configure and support Self-Service Procurement, Classic, Extended Classic, Standalone, and Service Procurement scenarios. * Work on shopping carts, purchase orders, confirmations, invoices, sourcing, RFQs, and contract management. * Configure organizational structures, business partners, product categories, and approval workflows. * Manage SAP SRM integration with SAP ECC MM. * Support supplier evaluation and procurement lifecycle processes. * Coordinate with technical teams on interfaces, reports, forms, enhancements, and workflows. * Troubleshoot production issues and resolve incidents within agreed SLA timelines. * Participate in end-to-end implementations, UAT, deployment, and user training. * Prepare functional specifications and process documentation. * Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver procurement solutions. * 6+ years of relevant SAP SRM experience, with strong functional consulting expertise. * Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP SRM implementation projects. * Hands-on experience with SAP SRM procurement processes. * Strong knowledge of shopping carts, purchase order processing, strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier evaluation, and service procurement. * Good understanding of SAP ECC MM procurement processes and integration. * Knowledge of ALE/IDoc concepts, workflow configuration, and troubleshooting. * Understanding of BRF, Web Dynpro, and portal-based procurement processes. * Experience with support and enhancement projects. * Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and manage stakeholder expectations. Required Skills and Qualifications Preferred Qualifications * SAP SRM certification. * Knowledge of SAP Ariba integration. * Experience in manufacturing, retail, FMCG, Odisha chemical industries. * Exposure to SAP S/4HANA procurement processes. * Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAP MDG for supplier master management. * Knowledge of procurement compliance and audit requirements.
