Maintenance Officer - Japanese MNC -Maraimalai Nagar, Chennai

Role & responsibilities. Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and utility-related breakdowns to minimize machine downtime. Prepare and maintain preventive maintenance schedules, checklists, breakdown records and maintenance history. Manage and maintain adequate inventory of critical spare parts. Analyse machine breakdowns and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions based on breakdown analysis. Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations. Preferred candidate profile. 36 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing plant maintenance. Diploma / Engineering qualification preferred. Hands-on experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance. Candidates who can join ASAP will be preferred.
