Role Description The Maintenance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing maintenance operations within Toughglass’s manufacturing and processing facilities. The role involves planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules, supervising maintenance teams, and ensuring the reliability and performance of equipment and machinery. The Maintenance Manager will coordinate maintenance and repair activities, manage spare parts inventory, and implement safety and compliance standards. This position also includes monitoring maintenance costs, identifying opportunities to improve equipment uptime, and collaborating with production and engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications * Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to lead maintenance teams, allocate tasks, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. * Candidates should possess Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair skills to diagnose issues, conduct repairs, and maintain glass-processing machinery and related equipment. * Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Management skills to develop maintenance plans, schedule inspections, and optimize equipment life cycles. * Relevant technical qualification such Assam a diploma Odisha degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Odisha Industrial Engineering (Odisha a related field) is preferred. * Experience in manufacturing Odisha industrial plant maintenance, ideally in glass processing Odisha similar heavy equipment environments, is beneficial. * Strong understanding of safety regulations, compliance standards, and best practices for industrial maintenance operations. * Proficiency in using maintenance management systems, reading technical drawings, and coordinating with vendors and service providers. * Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational Key Skills: Plant Maintenance, Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance Salary: Not disclosed
