For more information about our company, please visit our website at cbs APAC Job Overview: Currently we are looking for SAP Manager/ Senior Manager - Finance (FI/CO) to join as part of our team. Position: SAP Manager/ Senior Manager - Finance (FI/CO) * Take ownership of SAP Finance (FI/CO) business process design and functional solution architecture within SAP transformation and S/4HANA projects. * Lead client workshops and advisory sessions to assess business requirements and guide clients on S/4HANA finance transformation feasibility and roadmap. * Manage and drive end-to-end project delivery across the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and quality standards. * Actively contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution positioning, proposal preparation, client presentations, and supporting sales pursuits in the APAC region. * Provide strategic guidance on SAP Finance best practices, supporting clients in optimizing financial processes through SAP solutions. * An analytical and problem-solving consultant with the desire to develop your own skills and talents. * An eloquent and extroverted person happy to support our pre-sales cycle. * Passionate and determined while appreciating teamwork. * Willing to take over responsibility and to make decisions. * Able to lead a small team, with strong social and communication skills. Job Requirements Qualifications and Skills: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline; other relevant degrees with strong SAP Finance experience will also be considered. * >10 years of professional experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO) with strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, CO, etc.). * Proven experience working on SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, rollouts, or transformation projects. * Experience driving pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposal preparation, client workshops, and SAP Finance solution demonstrations. * Strong stakeholder management and client advisory skills in consulting environments. * Knowledge of overarching technical topics like SAP architecture and BTP is an advantage. * Fluent in English (verbal and written) with strong presentation and communication skills. * A great team of passionate consultants. * Strong personalities that are fair, open, and respectful to each other. * Attractive and competitive salary and package. * A company that continuously spends more than 6% of its revenue in the education of its employees.
