Job Title: LMS & Data Administrator Company: Transgrid Job Category: SAP SUCCESSFACTORS LMS Roles & Responsibilities: About The Role As our LMS \& Data Administrator, you’ll own the day\-to\-day administration, oversight and optimisation of our learning systems and data. Based in Sydney within our People and Culture team, you’ll make sure our learning technologies run effectively, and that learning, compliance and capability information is accurate, accessible and audit\-ready. This is your opportunity to bring together learning systems, data and reporting expertise in a role with organisation\-wide impact. You’ll improve how learning information is managed, reported and used, and help leaders make informed decisions about workforce capability. * Administer and maintain the Learning Management System, including learning activities, user profiles, permissions, workflows and learning assignments, while providing responsive support to learners, managers and administrators. * Maintain accurate learning, competency, compliance and workforce capability records, and produce meaningful reports and dashboards for stakeholders. * Analyse learning and workforce data to identify trends, compliance risks, capability gaps and improvement opportunities. * Coordinate system enhancements, upgrades, testing and issue resolution with technology vendors and internal support teams. * Strengthen learning data governance, documentation and audit readiness, and identify opportunities to improve processes and the user experience. * Support integrations between the LMS, HR systems and other learning technologies.
