Job Title: Lead II - Enterprise Solutions - SAP Kinaxis Company: UST Job Category: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: Role description Role Summary: ### We are seeking an experienced SAP Kinaxis Enterprise solution with 9\+ years of IT and Supply Chain Planning experience. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro, SAP ERP/S4HANA integration, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S\&OP, Inventory Planning, and end\-to\-end Supply Chain transformation initiatives. The candidate will lead solution design, client engagements, global implementations, and drive business process improvements. ### Key Responsibilities * Lead end\-to\-end Kinaxis implementation and transformation programs. * Design scalable supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into solution designs. * Drive Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Capacity Planning, and S\&OP processes. * Integrate Kinaxis with SAP ECC, SAP APO, SAP IBP, and SAP S/4HANA environments. * Define data models, planning hierarchies, KPIs, and reporting solutions. * Lead workshops, solution architecture reviews, and governance meetings. * Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership. * Support data migration, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities. * Identify business process improvements and recommend best practices. * 7\+ years of overall IT/Supply Chain experience. * 3\+ years of hands\-on Kinaxis Rapid Response/Maestro experience. * Strong knowledge of: * + Demand Planning + Supply Planning + Inventory Planning + Capacity Planning + S\&OP / IBP + Order Fulfillment * Experience integrating Kinaxis with SAP ECC/S4HANA. * Strong understanding of supply chain data models and planning workflows. * Experience in large\-scale global implementation programs. * Excellent stakeholder management and client\-facing skills. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. Experience: 7\+ Years Kinaxis – 3\+ years. * SAP IBP, APO, PP, MM, SD exposure. * Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or cloud\-based integrations. * Experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, semiconductor, automotive, or consumer goods industries. * Kinaxis Certifications preferred. ### Education * Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field.
