Junior SAP HCM Consultant

Reserve Bank Information Technology is hiring for the role of Junior SAP HCM Consultant. Candidate will work on SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll, Time Management, ESS/MSS, recruitment, and HR process optimization. Responsibilities include SAP HCM configuration, testing, troubleshooting, payroll handling, schema and PCR management, HR master data maintenance, documentation preparation, UAT support, incident resolution, and integration with FI and other SAP modules. Candidate will collaborate with HR teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders to support implementation, rollout, enhancement, and production support activities in SAP HCM/SAP HR environment.

Candidate should possess knowledge of SAP HCM modules including Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and ESS/MSS applications. Understanding of HR business processes such as recruitment, payroll processing, employee management, attendance, and statutory compliance is required. Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Fiori, ABAP for HCM, PCRs, Schemas, HR reports, IDOCs, UAT testing, and SAP integration with FI modules is preferred. Candidate should have good analytical skills, communication ability, troubleshooting mindset, and capability to work on implementation and support projects.
