Position Summary:

Tudip Technologies Pvt. Ltd., looking for passionate Japanese language experts who have certification level N4 and above, to be part of its core team.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:
Ready to work in night shift
Minimum 1 Year of experience is required.
Resolve Customer queries, escalations & handle critical situations.
Manages email, chats, calls from customers in the Japanese Language.
Resolve customer issues in a timely and consistent manner.
Manage time and productivity to meet daily individual and team ticket targets.
Stay updated with the knowledge of the internal ticketing system.
An engineering degree is a HUGE plus but not mandatory.
Exposure to cloud platforms is again a HUGE plus but not mandatory.,
