Experience: 2-3 years Location: Bengaluru Work Mode: Onsite Employment Type: Full-time We are looking for an IT Recruiter with 2–3 years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably with strong exposure to SAP and CRM technology hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, including requirement understanding, candidate sourcing, technical screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow-up. The candidate should be comfortable sourcing niche technical profiles through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels and should have a good understanding of technical skills and IT job requirements. * 2-3 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment. * Proven experience hiring for SAP technologies. * Exposure to CRM technology recruitment. * Strong hands-on sourcing experience using Naukri and LinkedIn. * Ability to understand technical JDs and identify relevant candidates. * Experience with the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. * Strong candidate screening and interview coordination skills. * Good communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills. * Ability to manage multiple requirements and candidate pipelines simultaneously. * Willingness to work onsite from the Bengaluru office. Experience recruiting for any of the following SAP skill sets will be preferred: Work Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
