Job Title: IT Product Manager – Distribution & Warehouse Management Company: Induansh Private Limited Job Category: SAP EWM Roles & Responsibilities: Hiring: IT Product Manager – Distribution \& Warehouse Management Job Description Key Responsibilities * Manage end\-to\-end IT product delivery and coordinate with business and technical teams. * Translate business requirements into product features, initiatives, and actionable delivery plans. * Manage project timelines, scope, priorities, risks, issues, and dependencies. * Coordinate with Business Product Owners and Technical Product Owners. * Drive stakeholder communication, governance meetings, and delivery status updates. * Oversee testing, UAT, deployment, cutover, and go\-live activities. * Identify process improvement opportunities across supply chain and distribution operations. * Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology delivery. This is primarily a Product Coordination and Delivery Management role, not a hands\-on technical architecture or solution design position. * IT project management: 7 years (Required) Work Location: Remote Work Location: Remote, India Availability: Full time

Experience: 7\+ Years Employment Type: Full\-Time Mandatory Skills \& Experience * 7\+ years of experience in IT Product Management, IT Project Management, or Technology Delivery. * Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Distribution operations. * Good knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). * End\-to\-end understanding of Order\-to\-Cash (O2C) lifecycle. * Experience working with ERP, WMS, OMS, TMS, or related enterprise applications. * Strong stakeholder management and cross\-functional coordination skills. * Ability to translate business requirements into technical delivery plans. * Experience managing delivery timelines, risks, dependencies, and priorities. * Experience with Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, or Oracle WMS. * Background in Retail, Manufacturing, Wholesale, Logistics, Distribution, or eCommerce. * Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies. * PMP, Scrum, Agile, or Product Management certifications.
