Roles & Responsibilities:
Job Description
* Execute daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, issuing, and dispatch of materials
* Update inventory records accurately in ERP/WMS systems (SAP S/4HANA system) and maintain proper documentation
* Support timely material supply to production lines
* Assist in cycle counts and stock takes; report discrepancies or damages
* Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Logistics teams
* Ensure proper material handling, FIFO/FEFO practices, and quality compliance
* Follow safety, housekeeping (5S), and company procedures.
Basis knowledge of inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, and warehouse systems especially in SAP S/4HANA, EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) module is an added advantage
· Good teamwork, attention to detail, and communication skills·
Work Location: Permatang Tengah, Malaysia
Availability: Full time
Requirements
Qualifications
· Diploma or equivalent qualification·
2-3 years' experience in warehouse operations, preferably in manufacturing·
