Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Department: Marketing Job Description We are looking for a creative, proactive, and result\-oriented Influencer Marketing Executive to manage influencer collaborations, build brand partnerships, and increase brand awareness across social media platforms. Key Responsibilities * Identify and shortlist relevant influencers, content creators, fitness influencers, and social media personalities. * Reach out to influencers for brand collaborations and promotional activities. * Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, and pricing. * Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers. * Coordinate influencer campaigns from planning to execution. * Brief influencers about brand requirements, campaign objectives, and content expectations. * Monitor influencer content, campaign performance, reach, engagement, and leads. * Explore opportunities for barter collaborations and paid partnerships. * Maintain an influencer database and track campaign progress. * Coordinate with the internal marketing team to ensure timely execution. Required Skills \& Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred). * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Good knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms. * Ability to identify relevant influencers and evaluate their audience engagement. * Strong networking and relationship\-management skills. * Creative thinking and problem\-solving abilities. * Ability to manage multiple influencer collaborations simultaneously. Language Requirements Experience * 0-3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Brand Partnerships, or Social Media Marketing preferred. * Freshers with excellent communication and negotiation skills may also apply.
