Job Title: Industrial Engineering Manager Company: Resmed SAP Module: SAP PP Roles & Responsibilities: As Industrial Engineering Manager in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, you’ll lead industrial engineering activities that improve productivity, capacity, labour efficiency, and manufacturing performance. You’ll guide a high-performing team, tackle operational bottlenecks, and partner across functions to continuously improve how manufacturing operates. You’ll also play an important role in supporting factory expansion, automation, digitalisation, and Industry 4.0 initiatives. * Lead industrial engineering activities across labour planning, time studies, line balancing, and capacity analysis. * Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, continuous improvement, and cost reduction initiatives. * Identify and eliminate manufacturing bottlenecks to improve productivity, throughput, and operational efficiency. * Optimise workforce planning, factory layouts, and material flow. * Develop manufacturing KPIs, dashboards, and performance analytics to support informed decision-making. * Support factory expansion and capacity planning activities. * Contribute to automation, digitalisation, and Industry 4.0 initiatives across manufacturing operations. * Lead, develop, and enable a high-performing Industrial Engineering team. * Partner with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to deliver business objectives. * Continuous Improvement Mindset: Constantly looks for practical ways to make processes simpler, more efficient, and more effective. * Problem Solver: Approaches complex manufacturing challenges with curiosity, structure, and sound judgement. * Collaborative Leadership: Brings people and functions together around shared objectives and outcomes. * People Developer: Creates an environment where team members can grow, contribute, and perform at their best. * Results Focus: Maintains momentum from identifying opportunities through to delivering meaningful operational improvements.
