IN Package Consultant - SAP HANA Application Security

This SAP HANA Application Security Consultant role at Align Techne requires SAP Security S/4HANA (Brownfield Implementation) experience with hands-on involvement in Brownfield S/4HANA implementations. You will work with other workstreams for the conversion of existing security roles from ECC to S/4HANA, design and implement Fiori catalog and space-based security ensuring alignment with backend authorization roles. Daily responsibilities include strong working knowledge of SAP GRC (Segregation of Duties), identifying and mitigating risks during system transitions while maintaining compliance, and deep expertise in SAP Security across design, build, and troubleshooting. The role requires excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate must have 2-5 years of experience in SAP Security with hands-on involvement in Brownfield S/4HANA implementations. Strong working knowledge of SAP GRC (Segregation of Duties) is required. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. Prior experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal knowledge repositories will also be viewed favorably. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
