Associate - SAP-SAP BASIS

This Associate - SAP-SAP BASIS role at Bristlecone involves performing system installations, upgrades, and maintenance, ensuring smooth project execution, administering SAP Basis, managing user roles and optimizing system performance, monitoring and tuning system performance, and managing background jobs and scheduling. Daily responsibilities include implementing robust security measures including vulnerability assessments and security operations, applying support packages and managing transport processes, resolving user tickets promptly, configuring and monitoring operation modes for seamless system operations, collaborating with the team to modernize SAP systems, and staying updated with the latest SAP technologies. The professional will play a key role in driving digital transformation efforts, ensuring solutions remain scalable, well-documented, and aligned with evolving business priorities and compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Basis administration with SAP NetWeaver expertise. Experience in cyber security analysis and vulnerability assessment is preferred. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. Familiarity with change management practices and a track record of successful stakeholder engagement across diverse business units is preferred. Prior experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal knowledge repositories will also be viewed favorably.
