Requirements
Key Responsibilities And Duties. Execute and follow up on all personnel affairs procedures ( contracts, promotions, transfers, and termination of services). Prepare and update physical and electronic employee files and records. Manage Medical Insurance Programs And Other Employee Benefits. Monitor, process, and manage invoices, recruitment, and cancellation of outsourced company labor. Input and update employee data accurately within HR systems. Monitor attendance, leaves, and departures in coordination with relevant departments. Support payroll operations by preparing, organizing, and verifying data accuracy. Coordinate with Government Relations (PRO) regarding non-Saudi employee matters. Apply approved human resources policies and procedures. Respond to employee inquiries related to HR systems, regulations, and procedures. Prepare periodic reports on human resources operations. Ensure data confidentiality and adherence to business ethics and code of conduct. Perform any other tasks assigned within the scope of work. Show less. Seniority level. Mid-Senior level.
