Employee hiring
Maintaining a new joiners database in Excel
Responsible for managing employee joining documents
Issuing appointment and transfer letters
Handling employee queries
Basic knowledge of statutory and labour laws
Managing day-to-day operational work
Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Excel is required

Qualifications
6+ years of experience in HR within the IT industry
Experience handling 500+ employees
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
