SAP HR Security

Lead SAP Security operations and manage role redesign activities to ensure compliance with SOC1, SOC2, SOX, and enterprise audit standards across SAP HR systems. Develop SAP security blueprints, role matrices, authorization structures, and governance processes for HR-related enterprise applications. Conduct internal audits, manage role development, implement security policies, and coordinate remediation plans for security compliance issues. Collaborate with leadership, auditors, and technical teams to optimize SAP HR security and access management operations.

Strong expertise in SAP HR Security, GRC Security, Fiori Security, role-based access controls, SAP authorizations, and compliance tools is required. Candidate should possess hands-on experience in SAP security implementations, audit support, role redesign, and governance frameworks. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills are mandatory.
