Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Assisting with employee attendance and payroll processes.

2. Reimbursement of TA/DA claims for the sales team.

3. Enrolling employees in statutory ESI&PF compliances and filing monthly returns.

4. Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.

5. Enrolling new joinees in SAP and providing biometric data.

6. Filing salary statements and other documents according to state-wise regulations.

7. Updating ESI cards according to employee needs and issuing them.

8. Updating employee personal files as per SAP code.

9. Maintaining attendance records.

10. Corresponding about important files such as increments, salary approvals, etc.

11. Involving in the given tasks.

Qualification: MBA(HR) or MHRM

Professional Qualifications: Proficient on MS Office and Communication skills.
