Roles and Responsibilities

● Acquiring new candidates

● Converting leads obtained from different marketing channels.

● Reviewing incoming resumes and application forms.

● Persuading candidates to enrol for the training program.

● Working closely with management to pinpoint upcoming batches.

● Consistently meeting revenue goals aligned with team/organizational aims.
