Roles and Responsibilities
• Assist in the recruitment process by identifying, attracting, and shortlisting candidates
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees to familiarize them with company policies and culture
• Handle employee relations matters, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive work environment
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Demonstrate effective communication skills when interacting with employees and other team members
• Manage time efficiently to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Possess attention to detail in all HR-related activities
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite for HR documentation and reporting
