HR Delivery Specialist - SAP HCM

Deliver HR services and support SAP HCM operations including employee inquiries, time evaluation management, error handling, quota administration, work schedules, holiday updates, and payroll support. Participate in release testing, HR projects, mergers, outsourcing initiatives, user acceptance testing, and coordinate between HR teams and IT vendors to ensure smooth SAP HCM operations.

Minimum two years hands-on SAP HCM experience. Expertise in Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management, employee master data management, HR processes, stakeholder communication, data privacy, UAT support, reporting, documentation, and HR system administration. Strong analytical and coordination skills required.
