Job Title: Hiring For Workday Learning Company: Saint Gobain Job Category: SAP SUCCESSFACTORS LMS Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Leads the design, implementation, and optimization of Workday Learning solutions, including learning programs, content management, certifications, compliance training, and learner engagement strategies. Acts as a functional SME, drives client discussions, and ensures high\-quality delivery across projects. Key Responsibilities * Lead configuration of Workday Learning modules (Courses, Programs, Campaigns, Content, Certifications) * Design and implement learning strategies, compliance training frameworks, and learner journeys * Facilitate client workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design sessions * Own business process configuration for learning workflows (enrollments, approvals, completions) * Oversee testing strategy, defect triage, and deployment readiness * Provide guidance on learning analytics, compliance tracking, and certification management * Mentor junior consultants and review deliverables * Collaborate with reporting teams for dashboards and learning analytics * Support release planning and adoption of new Workday Learning features * Experience in full implementation lifecycle, AMS support experience * Knowledge of integrations with external content providers (LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, etc.) Key Performance Indicators * Solution quality and minimal rework * Client satisfaction and engagement feedback * Milestone adherence and delivery ownership * Effectiveness of learning program and compliance implementation * Adoption of learning solutions and user engagement * Contribution to process improvements and innovation * Mentorship and team capability building * Advanced Functional Expertise (Workday Learning) * Solution Design \& Analytical Thinking * Stakeholder Management \& Advisory * Delivery Leadership \& Ownership Design and implementation of Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics solutions. Acts as a subject matter expert in data modeling, report optimization, and analytics strategy. Drives client discussions, builds advanced data pipelines, and delivers actionable insights through reports and dashboards. Key Responsibilities * Design and develop advanced Workday reports and dashboards * Lead Prism Analytics architecture, datasets, and data pipelines * Define data models, transformations, and data governance strategies * Drive reporting strategy and analytics roadmap discussions with clients * Develop complex calculated fields and custom data sources * Optimize report performance and scalability * Lead testing strategy, validation, and defect resolution * Provide advanced analytics insights and recommendations * Mentor L2 consultants and review reporting deliverables * Support Workday releases and new feature adoption Work Location: Mumbai, Chennai, India Availability: Full time
