The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving patient acquisition, increasing brand awareness, improving customer retention, and generating qualified leads through digital and offline marketing channels. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, managing performance marketing campaigns, optimizing conversion funnels, and collaborating with cross\-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to increase patient acquisition and revenue. * Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. * Optimize website conversion rates and customer journeys. * Design and execute lead generation campaigns. * Manage SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation initiatives. * Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing dashboards. * Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ad creatives, and email campaigns. * Work closely with sales, product, and medical teams to improve lead quality and conversion. * Monitor marketing KPIs including: + CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) + ROAS + ROI + Conversion Rate + CPL + LTV * Build referral and retention programs. * Identify new growth opportunities and emerging healthcare trends. * Manage agency partners and external vendors when required. * Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
