Roles And Responsibilities * Registration and maintenance of employee data (e.g., new hires, changes, terminations, tax information, pension control) * Maintenance of organizational structure * Absence /attendance registration and handling * Registration of payroll data input (e.g., deductions, benefits, bonuses, new salaries) * Preparation and delivery of reports * Handling service requests through C4C system and inquiries by phone * Producing the contracts and other employment related documentation Maintaining physical and / or electronical archive * To solve problems and be a case manager for complex multi-functional issues. * Train and guide other team members. * Performing any additional tasks, linked to the primary scope of the position.
