Roles & Responsibilities:
Role Purpose
Support the delivery of FI Cross-Sell Activation initiatives across Turkey and Egypt
implementation of operating model, onboarding, product, and monitoring
The role will support the development of scalable capabilities that increase
penetration of Lending, GTB, Cash Management, and GM solutions within
Cash Management Solutions
Client Lifecycle Management
c. Key Responsibilities
3. Support development of business cases and growth initiatives.
2. Support design of target operating models and client engagement frameworks.
3. Assist in developing tailored FI product propositions and service models.
1. Map and analyze end-to-end onboarding, fulfillment, and monitoring
3. Support automation and process optimization initiatives.
Lending & Product Capability Support
1. Support initiatives related to FI lending appetite, product enhancement, and
3. Coordinate implementation of approved enhancements.
2. Support governance reporting, KPI tracking, and management updates.
3. Monitor implementation progress and benefit realization.
Analysis, or Transformation roles.
2. Knowledge of Lending, Cash Management, GTB, and GM solutions.
4. Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
5. Ability to coordinate across multiple business lines and markets.

1. 7–10 years of banking experience.
2. Experience in Financial Institutions, GTB, Global Markets, Lending, Business
3. Experience in process mapping, business requirements gathering, and data
