This is a newly created role with the mandate to shape the next phase of HR digitalisation across a complex organisation. You will define and execute a multi-year HR technology, AI and digital transformation roadmap while identifying practical opportunities to deploy AI, automation and modern HR technologies that improve productivity, employee experience and business outcomes. Requirements: * Proven track record in HR Technology, enterprise technology or digital transformation, ideally within large, complex organisations. * Proven experience defining and delivering enterprise technology roadmaps, with strong exposure to AI, automation and HR digitalisation. * Deep understanding of enterprise HR technology architecture; SAP SuccessFactors strongly preferred and highly advantageous. * Strong track record influencing C-suite and senior stakeholders and delivering transformation across complex matrix environments. * Strategic yet hands-on, who can articulate a compelling vision while translating technology into practical business outcomes.
