Engineer / Senior Engineer - Projects & Engineering

Project Procurement Coordination. Support material planning, procurement tracking, and delivery follow-ups. Create and manage Item Codes and Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in SAP (MM Module). Maintain BOM costing and project-wise procurement trackers. Coordinate with purchase teams and vendors for timely material availability. Track and resolve delivery delays and procurement issues. PMO & Project Support. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking. Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reports. Coordinate meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and track actions. Monitor daily activities, task progress, and escalations. Maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations. Support change control, CAPEX tracking, and budget monitoring. Prepare weekly/monthly reports and management updates. Tools & Systems. MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word. SAP (MM Module preferred). Microsoft Teams, One Drive and SharePoint. Qualifications. BE / BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, ECE, or Civil Engineering. Experience. 3-5 years in project coordination / PMO / procurement support roles. Exposure to SAP MM / project tracking tools preferred
