Key Responsibilities. Design, configure, and enhance SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce solutions. Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Support Fieldglass processes and integrations with enterprise applications. Identify and implement process improvements. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and integration issues. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives and deliverables are achieved. Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing. Participate in technical discussions and contribute to key project decisions.
