We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an AI Governance and Policy Specialist / AI \& Data Ethics Governance Manager. This role is essential to ensuring that our organization's AI and data practices adhere to the highest ethical standards and comply with applicable regulations and policies. Responsibilities: * Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential ethical, legal, and reputational risks associated with AI use. * Product AI Certifications: Lead and obtain internal AI certifications for in\-house AI products * Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on the latest AI regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring product adherence. * Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., engineers, data scientists, product managers) to integrate AI governance principles into project development and deployment. * Monitoring and Auditing: Monitor and audit compliance of products with AI policies and procedures. * Metrics Development: Develop and implement metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of AI governance initiatives. * Communication: Communicate complex AI governance issues clearly and concisely to both technical and non\-technical audiences. * Ethical Development: Champion the ethical development and implementation of AI models, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines. * Continuous Learning: Foster a culture of continuous learning and awareness around AI regulations and compliance within the organization.
