Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Company: That's Creative Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities * Coordinate with clients for updates, requirements, feedback, approvals, and day\-to\-day communication. * Manage and support social media activities, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and basic performance tracking. * Coordinate with designers, content writers, media buyers, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of client requirements. * Maintain content calendars, task trackers, and project timelines. * Research trends, competitors, and relevant content ideas to support client strategies. * Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports and insights. * Ensure all deliverables are aligned with the client’s brand guidelines and expectations. * Follow up with internal teams and clients to keep projects moving without delays. * Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across social media and other relevant channels. * Identify gaps, suggest improvements, and proactively contribute ideas for better client results. * 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, client servicing, or a similar role. * Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals. * Strong communication and client\-handling skills. * Excellent coordination, follow\-up, and organizational abilities. * Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously. * Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail. * Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, collaborative agency environment.
