Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Company: Aurolab Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: About the Role: We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our search, social and paid channels and bring quality leads to Aurolab. You will work in a cross\-functional team to grow our online presence and support our events. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and manage social media on Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, including content calendar, publishing, Linkedin outreach, newsletter and groups. • Run paid lead\-generation campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Meta and other leading platforms, including Al platforms. • Plan and send email campaigns and newsletters, Surveys, landing pages using marketing automation platforms and nurture lead Work Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India Availability: Full time

Requirements: • Any bachelor's degree. • 3 to 5 years of hands\-on experience across SEO, SEM and social media marketing. • Proven experience running paid campaigns on Google Ads and Linkedin Ads, with a track record of lead generation. • Experience with email marketing platforms, list segmentation, and Marketing automation platforms. • Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog or similar. • Experience with social scheduling tools and Linkedin marketing, including newsletters and groups. • Content writing experience. • Experience in B2B, healthcare or medical device marketing. • Experience promoting conferences or events.
