Job Title: Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing Specialist (Dental Clinic) Company: Goel Dental Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: About the Role We are looking for a result\-driven Digital Marketing \& Performance Ads Specialist to scale our dental clinic's patient acquisition. In this role, you will take full ownership of monthly advertising budget to drive high\-intent inquiries and footfall for premium treatments (Implants, Invisalign, Smile Makeovers, Orthodontics). You will spend 3 days per week at the clinic to collaborate with our dentists, capture raw patient testimonials/before\-and\-after videos, and understand patient insights, while spending the remaining days managing and optimizing active ad campaigns remotely. Key Responsibilities * Google Search Ads: Set up, monitor, and scale hyper\-local, local, international Google Ads campaigns targeting high\-intent medical keywords * Meta Ads Management: Run targeted Facebook \& Instagram lead\-generation and conversion campaigns showcasing clinic infrastructure, treatments, and promotional offers. * Geotargeting \& Budget Control: Ensure strict radius geotargeting (5–10 km around the clinic) to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and eliminate budget waste. * Analytics \& Pixel Tracking: Set up Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixels, and custom conversion events to track patient leads from initial ad click to final clinic walk\-in. * On\-Site Content Gathering: Utilize your clinic days to shoot high\-quality, authentic raw videos, dentist talking\-head clips, and coordinate patient video testimonials. * Ad Creative Strategy: Design high\-converting ad copy, visual frameworks, and hooks tailored for health services while strictly adhering to medical advertising guidelines. * Lead Funnel Optimization: Create and test dedicated landing pages to increase lead conversion rates and lower patient acquisition costs (CAC). * NDA \& Non\-Compete Agreement: The selected candidate will be required to sign a standard Non\-Disclosure (NDA) and Non\-Compete Agreement (NCA) upon joining. You will strictly not be allowed to share clinic data or run ads for any other dental clinic or direct dental competitor in the Delhi\-NCR region. * Freelance Flexibility: We respect your time. You are permitted to take up outside freelance performance marketing projects for non\-competing industries during your remote days, provided it does not impact your weekly goals and campaign deliverables for our clinic. * Experience: 0 years of proven experience managing paid ad budgets (minimum ₹3 Lakh/month spend history preferred). * Platform Expertise: Strong, hands\-on expertise with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4\), and basic graphic/video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.) for quick ad iterations. * Policy Knowledge: Familiarity with Meta \& Google medical/healthcare advertising policies to avoid ad account bans and rejections. * Data\-Driven Mindset: Ability to map out lead data in sheets and coordinate smoothly with the clinic front desk to track final treatments closed.
