Key Responsibilities ●     Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and other relevant platforms. ●     SEO: Manage on\-page and off\-page SEO, keyword research, competitor analysis, and strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings. ●     Social Media Calendar: Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms in coordination with the creative team. ●     Lead Generation: Develop strategies to generate qualified leads through paid campaigns, organic channels, landing pages, and remarketing. ●     Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, ROAS, and lead\-to\-enrolment conversions. ●     Website \& Landing Pages: Optimise landing pages, website traffic, and conversion journeys to improve lead generation and enrolments. ●     Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering campaign performance, leads, advertising spend, conversions, and revenue. ●     Team Coordination: Coordinate with the sales team to track lead quality, follow\-ups, and enrolment performance. ●    Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. ●    Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver measurable results.
