Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager Company: Hill Crest Real Estate LLC Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement digital marketing activities for the company's real estate listings, projects, and services. * Manage the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. * Create engaging content for property listings, social media posts, reels, videos, stories, and promotional campaigns. * Plan and maintain monthly social media content calendars. * Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms. * Support lead generation through digital campaigns and online marketing activities. * Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports. * Coordinate with the sales team regarding digital marketing leads and campaigns. * Promote property listings and real estate projects through relevant online channels. * Conduct market and competitor research to identify digital marketing opportunities. * Track key marketing metrics including reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and advertising performance. * Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels. * Stay updated on digital marketing trends, social media developments, and Dubai real estate marketing practices.
