We work with multiple brands across hospitality, food \& beverage, healthcare, and other industries. We are looking for a creative, organised, and performance\-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can independently manage social media activities, analyse digital performance, and coordinate with our creative team. Key Responsibilities 1\. Social Media Management \- Manage multiple client Instagram and Facebook accounts. \- Plan and maintain monthly social media content calendars. \- Schedule and publish posts, Reels, Stories, and promotional content. \- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and SEO\-friendly content. \- Research trends, competitor activities, and content opportunities. \- Maintain brand consistency across client accounts. 2\. Digital Marketing \& Analytics \- Monitor Instagram and Facebook insights, including reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance. \- Analyse Google Business Profile performance and customer engagement. \- Prepare monthly digital marketing performance reports. \- Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement. \- Understand Meta Ads Manager, campaign metrics, and basic advertising strategies. \- Recommend improvements based on analytics and audience behaviour. 3\. Content Planning \& Team Coordination \- Develop creative content ideas and Reel concepts for different brands. \- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and photographers. \- Communicate content requirements and deadlines to the creative team. \- Track content production and ensure timely publishing. \- Organise content calendars and maintain task updates. \- Coordinate content approvals and revisions. 4\. Client Account Management \- Handle day\-to\-day communication regarding social media content and updates. \- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks. \- Share performance updates and monthly reports. \- Ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines. Required Skills \- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and social media algorithms. \- Experience with Meta Business Suite and Instagram Insights. \- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager. \- Knowledge of Google Business Profile and local SEO. \- Ability to prepare reports using Excel or Google Sheets. \- Strong content writing and communication skills. \- Experience managing multiple social media accounts. \- Good organisational and time\-management skills. \- Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, and AI\-powered marketing tools. Preferred Qualifications \- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. \- 3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management. \- Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency is an advantage. \- Experience with restaurant, café, hospitality, or healthcare brands is a plus.
