We're looking for a Marketing Manager / Senior Social Media Manager who can lead client accounts, drive creative strategy, manage teams, and ensure every campaign delivers impactful results. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple client accounts. * Plan \& oversee monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives and marketing goals. * Manage end\-to\-end client communication and maintain strong client relationships. * Lead and mentor the creative team, including graphic designers, video editors, photographers, and copywriters. * Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats. * Coordinate with performance marketing and SEO teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns. * Review creative assets before publishing to ensure quality and brand consistency. * Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights. * Ensure timely execution of deliverables while maintaining high creative standards. * Participate in client meetings, presentations, and strategy discussions. * A strategic thinker with a creative mindset. * Someone who can take complete ownership of client accounts. * Strong leadership and team management abilities. * Excellent problem\-solving and decision\-making skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced agency environment. * Detail\-oriented with a passion for building brands and delivering exceptional client experiences.
