P Osition Summary Level: Manager As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, you will design , develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manag e code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Qualifications Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: * 2-3 years of experience in SAP HCM with SuccessFactors * Certification: SuccessFactors professional with valid certification is mandatory Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: For Functional role: * 2-3 years of experience in SAP/SF or integration experience * Should have the ability to understand integration strategies, integration of HR with other functions, write technical specifications, write code, perform code reviews.
