Data Scientist

The Data Scientist will build and deploy machine learning and agentic AI solutions for real-world business use cases. Responsibilities include developing Agentic AI solutions using Agentic frameworks, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration frameworks, working on data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation and optimization, and developing APIs and scalable AI workflows for production environments. The role requires collaboration with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions. The successful candidate will engage closely with business stakeholders to translate analytical requirements into robust, production-ready data solutions that support long-term organizational growth. This position also involves supporting knowledge-sharing sessions, contributing to internal best-practice documentation, and helping to build a culture of continuous learning within the data science team.

1-3 years of experience in Data Science and multi-agent AI systems. Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow or PyTorch. Hands-on experience with agentic AI, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector/graph databases. Familiarity with LangGraph, AutoGen or similar frameworks. Any Graduate qualification. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines. A strong customer-first attitude and willingness to travel to client locations as needed will be an added advantage for this role.
