Job Title: Data Scientist Company: Washmen Job Category: Data Science Roles & Responsibilities: Role Purpose Hands\-on data scientist responsible for building predictive retention models and executing lifecycle campaigns. You work at the intersection of data science and CRM — building churn and LTV models, running A/B experiments, and translating model outputs directly into campaigns and growth insights. Key Responsibilities * Build and maintain churn prediction, LTV, and propensity models; own the full model lifecycle from feature engineering to CRM consumption. * Design ML\-based customer segmentation (clustering, behavioural scoring) to power personalised retention campaigns. * Design and execute A/B tests across lifecycle touchpoints (onboarding, activation, churn prevention, win\-back); analyse results with statistical rigour. * Execute retention campaigns end\-to\-end across email, SMS, push, and in\-app channels; monitor performance and optimise continuously. * Write SQL to extract and analyse customer behaviour; monitor retention KPIs (churn, LTV, W4/W10 cohorts, repeat purchase rate). * Present insights and recommendations to the Growth Director and CEO. * Collaborate with the Data Engineer on pipeline architecture and with the Growth Analyst on segmentation. Experience \& Qualifications * 3–5 years in data science or growth analytics, with at least 2 years focused on retention or lifecycle. * Python (pandas, scikit\-learn, statsmodels) and advanced SQL. * Solid statistics: experiment design, significance testing, survival analysis for churn. * Hands\-on experience with a CRM/marketing automation platform (CleverTap, Braze, or equivalent). * Experience in on\-demand, marketplace, or subscription businesses preferred.
