Job Title: Data Scientist Company: MASTER MIND CONSULTANCY Job Category: Data Science Roles & Responsibilities: Location: Bangalore Roles \& Responsibilities * Identify business opportunities where advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical modelling can improve decision\-making, workflows, and automation. * Understand business challenges and assess the potential value of proposed data science solutions. * Identify relevant data sources, tools, and technologies required to address business problems. * Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, exploratory analysis, model development, and model testing. * Develop and implement machine learning, statistical, and advanced analytics models. * Establish and maintain model lifecycle management processes, including monitoring and continuous improvement. * Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to develop analytics\-driven solutions. * Present project outcomes, insights, and recommendations to business teams and identify further opportunities. * Provide technical mentoring on data science, modelling methodologies, analytics tools, and consulting practices. * Build collaborative relationships across business functions and geographical teams. Experience: 5\-10 Years Requisites * Bachelor//'s or Master//'s degree in Operations Research, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field. * Strong expertise in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, Statistical Modelling, Data Mining, or Operations Research. * Hands\-on experience implementing end\-to\-end data science and advanced analytics projects. * Proficiency in Python and R. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its associated data and analytics ecosystem. * Strong skills in data cleaning, preprocessing, model development, testing, and model lifecycle management. * Ability to engage with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities and translate business challenges into analytical solutions. * Knowledge of Upstream, Midstream, or Downstream business operations would be an advantage. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and business consulting skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to collaborate with cross\-functional and geographically distributed teams.
