The Role As a Data Scientist, you will: * Build and refine predictive models, including propensity and customer behaviour models * Work closely with clients to understand business problems and define analytical approaches * Lead and contribute to data discovery sessions with business stakeholders and subject matter experts * Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns and opportunities * Present findings, recommendations and model outputs to both technical and non\-technical audiences * Prototype and test new analytical approaches using modern data science tools and techniques * Contribute to the optimisation and ongoing improvement of deployed models * Support the development of scalable data products and analytical solutions Work Location: London, England, UK Availability: Full time

Your Skills \& Experience * Strong commercial experience using Python and SQL * Experience building, training and improving machine learning or predictive models * Ability to analyse complex datasets and translate findings into business insight * Databricks experience would be highly advantageous * Experience working with large transactional, behavioural or customer datasets * Consulting, agency or client\-facing analytics experience is beneficial * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non\-technical audiences Desired Skills and Experience Python, SQL Key Skills: Data Science Salary: GBP 50000 - 65000 per yearly
