We’re hiring a Manager, Data Science who’s excited to lead a team transforming how data powers product, platform, and people at Homebase. This role is ideal for someone who wants to shape the future of applied AI at scale—leading everything from intelligent scheduling and hiring models to supporting internal sales and marketing decisions. You’ll manage a growing team of data scientists and partner with platform engineering to bring models from proof\-of\-concept to production.
