Data Science Engineer (Generative AI)

The Data Scientist Generative AI will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models, Machine Learning, and advanced analytics. The role involves building GenAI applications such as RAG systems, AI agents, chatbots, document intelligence solutions, and predictive analytics platforms. Responsibilities include designing and developing Generative AI solutions using LLMs, building RAG pipelines, fine-tuning foundation models, developing scalable ML and GenAI applications using Python and cloud platforms, creating data pipelines, implementing prompt engineering, and deploying AI models in production using MLOps best practices. The role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment, contributing to end-to-end project delivery and continuous process improvement initiatives.

4-8 years of experience in Generative AI with expertise in LLMs, RAG systems, vector databases, and prompt engineering. Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, Pandas, NumPy, PySpark. Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and cloud platforms. B.Tech/B.E. qualification. Prior experience working in global delivery models, along with exposure to Agile methodologies, will be considered an added advantage. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines. A strong customer-first attitude and willingness to travel to client locations as needed will be an added advantage for this role.
