Data Entry Executive

Job Title: Data Entry Executive Company: Lango Garments (Zebu Store) Job Category: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: We are looking for LANGO GARMENTS\- Data Entry with Fresher and Experience or interest in the Garments \& Apparel Manufacturing/Retail Industry. In this role, you will manage, update, and maintain critical data files—including Style Master sheets, Fabric \& Trims Inventory, Purchase Orders (POs), Bill of Materials (BOM), and Shipment logs. Your accuracy will ensure smooth coordination between our merchandising, production, and warehouse teams. Key Responsibilities Style \& Product Data Management: Create and maintain Style Master files (Style numbers, fabric details, size specs, colorways, and pricing). Log incoming and outgoing fabric rolls, trims, accessories, and finished garments into inventory management software. Order Processing \& Merchandising Support: Familiarity with Garment ERP/PLM software (e.g., FastReact, Lawson, SAP, WFX, or custom inventory management tools). Requirements \& Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Fashion Technology, Apparel Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: 1-3 years of data entry experience, preferably within a garment factory, buying house, apparel brand, or textile unit. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP skills are a strong plus).
